The head of a dill plant - a beautiful form

Every year we resolve to use more herbs in our cooking, but we always fall short of our goal.

The good news is that we're gradually incorporating herbs into our dishes, and we'll resolve once again to use even more this coming summer.

The herbs we have no trouble using even fairly large quantities of are basil, parsley, and dill.

We're working on using more chives and other herbs, such as thyme, tarragon, oregano, and sage.
