Dill

This is the dill weed leaves, i.e. the part we use in cooking or for pesto. (We've discovered that pesto can be made with herbs other than basil.)

The plants are very feathery and tall.

Dill volunteers here and there all over the garden. We usually leave most of them unless they're in the middle of a bed since we want to provide extra plants so black swallowtails can use them.
